Breakfasts with knife and Fork

It is the first meal of the day, the charging of vital energy to face a day where everything is possible, where everything is to be done. And as variety is the spice of life, we make the effort so that nothing is missing. From a sweet potato pie, a greixera, to some Benedict eggs with mayonnaise, a French croissant or a selection of cured meats and Mahón-Menorca cheese.

You always see things better relaxing with a meal. We Mediterranean people are like this and when we speak about the quality of life we always have something to keep us entertained or to open up our appetite. And the best of all is to be able to do it at any time, as occurs with the Alcaufar Brunch. Available from 10 in the morning.

Market and seasonal produce mark our path to prepare the menu to amaze our diners from Monday to Friday, where we endeavour that everything prepared has a unique meaning and essence that makes us feel what we are going to eat could only have been made by us in the restaurant of Alcaufar Vell.

Le pique-nique

The top-class ingredients of the French picnic have always been wine, cheese and bread in a wicker basket and accompanied by a red check tablecloth. At Alcaufar Vell we prepare a local version based on local produce to be able to “head for the meadow” and appreciate the natural reserve that the estate has to discover.

Afternoon tea or aperitivo

The English start with 5 o’clock tea. Then come the Italians with the aperitivo. We say having a drink but the essence is the same, meeting and feeling it is well worth enjoying the art of living while the sun sets behind the hundred-year-old wild olive trees of Alcaufar Vell on a perfect evening.

Supper under the stars

The tablecloth, wine glasses and best cutlery of the house. The nights at Alcaufar Vell have always been magical. It’s because in the Garden of the Uastres the moon and the stars round off the day that leaves us, but invite us to make a toast to the moment experienced.

Room service

One of the things we have not let go in our hotel is to be able to enjoy Alcaufar Vell without practically moving from the room. Through room service we will be at your disposition to serve an exceptional breakfast in your private garden or so that you can savour your favourite dish from our menu at any time of day.

Private meals

At Alcaufar Vell we prepare private meals for groups as from ten people, an enogastronomic experience to have with friends, family or work colleagues, to share the most renowned dishes of our menu in any space of the house or estate. We supply the lyrics… you put them to music.
